End-user license agreement.

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Software and Documentation solely for Licensee's internal business purposes in Sweden. Licensee may not use the Software or Documentation for any commercial, public, or for-profit purposes.

Licensee shall not:

• reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Software or Documentation without Licensor's prior written consent;
• modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software or Documentation;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
• grant any other person or entity any rights to the Software or Documentation;
• use the Software or Documentation in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

To use 3DSPC, you create an account and provide:

• name;
• address;
• contact number;
• email address.

You warrant that those details are accurate, and that you will not impersonate another person or entity, or use a false name or a name you are not authorised to use.

You then create access credentials. You are responsible for keeping them secure.

This EULA stays in effect until it is terminated. Licensor may terminate it in writing if Licensee breaches it. On termination, Licensee stops using the Software and Documentation and destroys all copies.

Licensor warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation for ninety (90) days from the date Licensee receives it. If it does not, Licensee's sole remedy is a replacement copy of the Software.

Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, use, data, or goodwill, arising out of this EULA, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of those damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that Swedish law does not allow a contract to limit.

Licensee shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of Licensee's use of the Software or Documentation, or Licensee's breach of this EULA.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is struck out and the remaining provisions stay in force.

This EULA is the entire agreement between Licensee and Licensor about 3DSPC and its Documentation. It supersedes earlier communications and agreements on that subject.

Licensor may amend this EULA by posting the new version on this website. Continued use of the Software or Documentation after that posting is acceptance of the amended EULA.

This EULA may be signed in counterparts. Each counterpart is an original, and together they are one agreement.
