Terms
Terms and conditions.
These terms cover the use of the Zarvan website. An AID account, when one is opened, follows the terms shown in that application.
Effective date: 28 October 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
This website is published by Zarvan Tech AB, organisation number 559442-4771, trading as Zarvan Data Analytics, Norrlandsgatan 19, 752 29 Uppsala, Sweden. Contact info@zarvanda.com.
2. The website
zarvanda.com describes the company and the analyses AID can run. Reading a page does not open an account, grant a licence to the AID application, or form a contract for a project. Access to AID is by request. We confirm it separately. Use of 3DSPC is covered by the end-user license.
Descriptions of analyses match the catalog in the application at the time we publish them. A page is information. It is not a specification, a quote, or a promise that a particular job will run on a particular date.
3. Messages you send
Both forms ask for your name, a valid email, a choice, and a message. Company is optional. Role is optional on a request for access. You agree that what you send is accurate, and that we may store it and reply, as described in the privacy notice. Do not send secrets, special-category data, or material you are not allowed to share.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe someone else's rights, by using this website;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the site or the form endpoint;
- submit malware, or automated messages that are not a genuine enquiry;
- copy the site in order to present it as your own product.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo, and icons on this website belong to Zarvan Tech AB or its licensors. You may link to a page. You may not reuse the logo or the page design without written permission.
6. Liability
The website is provided as published. To the extent Swedish law allows, Zarvan Tech AB is not liable for loss that comes from relying on a page, from a form that fails to send, or from a third-party site we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Swedish law does not allow us to limit.
7. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. The courts of Sweden have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence still apply.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the website after that date means you accept the updated terms.
