• We store your cookie choice in this browser. It is not sent to us as an account record.
• Analytics cookies load only if you choose Accept all. None are connected on this website today.
• The contact and access forms store what you type so we can reply.
• We do not sell, lease, or trade personal data.
• Fonts on this website are served by us. A font request does not go to a third-party font network.

We use the browser's local storage for your cookie choice. This website does not set a login cookie. There is no account on zarvanda.com.

• Messages you send. Name, email, the analysis or topic you select, and the message. Company, and role on an access request, only if you include them. We use this to answer you.
• A 3DSPC account. Name, address, telephone number, email address, and the access credentials you create, as set out in the end-user license.
• Technical logs. The host of this website may record an IP address, browser type, and the time of a request in a server log, for security and to keep the site available.

Browsing this website does not require an account. We do not ask for bank details or for a social-media login. We do not ask for sensitive data. If a particular request ever needs sensitive data, we will ask for consent first and say what we will do with it.

• A contract, or steps before one (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), when you open a 3DSPC account or send a message through a form on this website.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), to reply to a message, keep the website secure, and understand a failed request.
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)), for optional analytics. You can withdraw it in the cookie notice. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.

We do not sell personal data. A message is stored so the people who handle info@zarvanda.com can reply. The company that hosts zarvanda.com, and suppliers who store or support that service, process the data for us under agreements that require them to protect it. Staff who handle it keep it confidential.

We also disclose personal data when Swedish or EU law requires it, and if the company or the service is sold, in which case the buyer handles it under this notice.

We do not send promotional email from this website. If we do later, the message will include a way to stop, and we will ask for consent when the GDPR requires it.

This website is aimed at people contacting a Swedish company. A supplier may host or access personal data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens we use the safeguards in GDPR Chapter V, including standard contractual clauses where they are required. Aggregated statistics that do not identify a person may be published, for example to describe how a service is used.

We keep personal data in electronic form, at our office and with the suppliers who host it, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Email and an unencrypted page can be insecure while a message is in transit. Tell us at info@zarvanda.com if you believe an account or a message was used without permission.

If we become aware of a personal-data breach that is likely to risk your rights, we notify the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours, and we notify you when the GDPR requires it.

We keep a form message until we have replied and any follow-up is finished, and for up to 24 months after the last reply, unless a legal claim or a legal duty requires longer. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. The cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it or choose again. Tell us if something we hold about you is wrong, and keep the details you gave us up to date.

A link on this website can open another site. That site has its own privacy notice. We are not responsible for it.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold, in a portable format where the right applies;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete data;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• stop optional analytics by declining non-essential cookies.
